Yogi±os: Yoga for Youth« Volume One DVD

Tells the story of Ganesha, an ancient tale about a little boy who becomes the Elephant Prince.

With over 90 minutes of activity, youth learn OHMazingÖ breathing, cardiovascular & relaxation exercises. With an original score woven throughout the film, Dr. Elizabeth Reese sends her yogis on a journey of self-reflection and empowerment through teaching the story of Ganesha, a beloved Hindi elephant prince. The film includes pranayama, individual and partner yoga poses, cardiovascular and relaxation exercises. Filmed in the Art Museum of South Texas with original works of art from the Crow Collection of Asian Art in Dallas, Dr. Reese allows each child to experience yoga through art, culture, collaboration and narrative.

Remy's OHMazingÖ Day features a young yogi using yoga off the mat. The segment takes the viewer on a day in the life of Remy in how she uses all eight limbs of yoga waking up, participating in school and sports, taking care of the environment and more! The Eight Limbs teach respect for self, others and the environment.

Filmed using state-of-the-art HD cameras and equipment, this is a first-of-its kind work, incorporating three languages, art and a more cultured approach to yoga. This all-encompassing film allows viewers to experience yoga as a whole-hearted, mindful approach along with fun poses, breathing and relaxation exercises. With a professional, L.A.-based production team, the film is thoughtfully produced by Sean Madaras and artfully directed by filmmaker Brendan Murphy. The program is being widely accepted in a variety of markets.
